+ How do I place an order?

First, provide us with some of your information. Click “QUOTE” at the top to begin. However, you can email jude@foodogprinting.com.

+ Is there an order minimum?

Yes! All first time customers must order 12 garments. Depending on the design, recurring customers may order shirts below this limit.

+ What if I don’t have a logo/design?

Tell us your idea, and we’ll bring it to life. From minimalistic to complex, our design team will capture your imagination. Simply answer a few questions related to your organizations style and choose your favorite image. This service will cost an additional fee which will be discussed upon quote request.

+ How is my price determined?

The type of garment, total number of ink colors, and order quantity are the main pillars for your total price. Custom designs and rush delivery are additional fees subject to material and distance respectively. Keep in mind: your cost per item will decrease when ordering large quantities.

+ When will I receive my order?

We will provide a delivery date within our quote. Expect 2-4 weeks for your order to be complete. Track your order using the USPS tracking number as provided by our team. Orders in the Tri-State area may be personally delivered by a team member. Additionally, orders may be picked up from our print shop.

+ I don’t like my custom design, what do I do?

Our design team will provide three images for you. We will confirm your design of choice prior to screen printing on the selected garment.

+ I want to setup a fundraiser. Where do I begin?

Email all fundraising queries to jude@foodogprinting.com. Please include your name, organization name, gofundme page (if available), and shirt design. All expenses are paid by Foo Dog Printing. Additionally, we will ship all orders to each donor. Let us know when you’re ready to begin!

+ I have blank garments. Can you screen print on them?

Absolutely! Let us know how many garments you need screen printed via email at jude@foodogprinting.com. It’s essential these are brand new. Any obvious wear or tear will change the integrity of your screen print. Our team will provide an adjusted price for your order.
